Princess Senate Mohato Seeiso engaged with learners at Patlong High School during her district tour aimed at promoting and preserving Basotho cultural heritage. The visit emphasized the importance of instilling cultural values, traditions, and identity in young people.

Young people who understand their history, language, traditional games, and customs develop a strong sense of identity and pride in who they are. Such knowledge helps build a generation that is capable of preserving and protecting its nation and heritage.

By learning about their culture, the youth also gain a deeper understanding of the significance behind traditional practices that have been passed down through generations. In doing so, they become custodians of their heritage, preserving what truly matters for the benefit of future generations.
